November 10, 2015 – Raleigh, NC – Power Analytics is pleased to announce the signing of a formal partnership agreement with, and planned first-quarter 2016 acquisition of, dcFUSION, LLC. dcFUSION plays a critical advisory role in the electric energy industry as it facilitates the integration of direct current renewable energy resources (such as solar photovoltaics, wind generators, energy storage facilities, fuel cells, etc.) into the U.S. and global electric energy markets. dcFUSION also brings much data center experience to the partnership.

Together, Power Analytics and dcFUSION bring a disciplined and rigorous level of power engineering experience and expertise to the emerging microgrid marketplace. Today, microgrid technology is being deployed across the world to serve multiple critical facilities, such as military bases, hospitals, and universities. And, tomorrow, microgrid technology will increasingly be deployed, and depended upon, to bring reliable and resilient energy services to a wide variety of industries, commercial enterprises, and communities.

dcFUSION has an intimate knowledge of, and experience with, the Power Analytics software suite— DesignBase, Paladin Live, Microgrid Power Management System (MPMS), and EnergyNet, our latest software for the transactional, integrated electric grid.
