Raleigh, NC- January 7, 2015 – Power Analytics Corporation today announced Ed White has been named to the company’s board of directors. Mr. White is the chairman of Field2Base, chairman of the Research Triangle Cleantech Cluster, and former chairman of Itron, Inc.
Mr. White served as Itron’s chairman of the board until retiring in 2003 and has been a frequent speaker on metering and deregulation of the power supply industry at conferences throughout the world. “Ed’s experience and background in technology, executive management and board participation make him uniquely suited to join the board at Power Analytics and help guide the evolution of the transactional energy model,” said Kevin Meagher, Power Analytics chief operating officer.
Ed is a graduate of the North Carolina State University School of Engineering, and is past president and a current member of the university’s Engineering Foundation Board of Directors. His appointment to the Power Analytics’ Board of Directors is effective immediately.
