How do I register for a class?

Please email us at sales@poweranalytics.com and indicate what class you would like to sign up for.

 

What is the payment policy?

Power Analytics accepts credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and company purchase orders. If you use a credit card, we will charge your card in U.S. currency when the order is received. If using a purchase order, registration will not be complete until payment is received. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Are there any hotels where I could receive a corporate rate?

Yes! Mention Power Analytics for a corporate rate at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh Triangle Town Center or Fairfield Inn and Suites Raleigh Capital Blvd/I-540. You can also enter code OIE on the Fairfield Inn and Suites’ website.

 

What is the cancellation and substitution policy?

Students may cancel a classroom registration without penalty by emailing sales@poweranalytics.com at least 22 days prior to the start date of the course with no penalty. Cancellations received less than 22 days prior to the start date of the course will result in forfeiture of credits; tuition is nonrefundable. Pricing, registration terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the class.

 

What is the "no show" policy?

Failure to attend the course will be considered a “no show” and will result in forfeiture of class credits; tuition is nonrefundable.

What is the reimbursement policy if the course is canceled?

If Power Analytics is forced to cancel a course for any reason, Power Analytics will provide as much advance notice as possible and will only reimburse course fees or provide credit toward another class.

What if I need special accommodations?

Students with special needs should email sales@poweranaltyics.com a minimum of 10 business days prior to class.
